The nurse was terrific. She hit my port with a single stick which I greatly appreciate. She is professional and friendly which always makes the experience better. Dr Halepota is always caring and supportive.

I was very happy with everyone I met at the Palo Verde Cancer Specialists! Dr Ahmad was very comforting and upbeat in our consult! (Despite being told you have cancer) The nurse that did my vitals was lovely and the gentleman that took care of my referrals was on top of taking care of me. The girls at the front desk were very accommodating. I felt like I was a person and not just a number!

I had a decent initial visit with Dr. Ahmad, but everything after that has been absolutely atrocious. Namely her medical assistant/office staff. I have literally called and left messages over the course of several months with numerous different people and never once gotten a reply. I have emailed. No reply. I have left voice messages. No reply. One time when I called and said I'd left a messages a few days before they looked up my file and said they had called me back but I didn't answer. According to my phone (which was always with me), its call log, and the voicemail recordings, this is false. One time the phone rang and as soon as I answered there was a hang-up, which leads me to believe this person just wanted to have on their call log that they returned a call, but didn't actually want to do their job. The questions I've had have sometimes been urgent and could be answered fairly simply. I for real don't know how this place has so many good reviews. I'm transferring to another place.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Then you're called in the back by your doctor's medical assistant who check your vitals and any concerns you might have. Then the doctor comes in. I've had the pleasure to meet Dr. Stegman and Dr. Ahmad, both of these doctors are professional, kind and thorough. They take the time to listen about your symptoms, and concerns you are experiencing.They both take the time to explain each step of your care. They help you with anything you may need. ( from prescriptions, appointments with surgeons, lab work, MRI and CT Scans. I'm glad I was referred to Palo Verde Cancer Center.

Michelle, assistant doctor to Dr. Halepota is absolutely the BEST. She explains all questions and listens to you! I was very happy to speak with her! Dr. Halepota is also an amazing Doctor. Thank you for all you do!!

Dr.Ahmad always has a smile on her face when she greets you..makes you feel very comfortable. I have been seeing her for almost two years and she is always attentive and listens to all my questions and concerns..Also is very thorough...
